REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a Law degree (JD/LLB /LLM or equivalent) and any related national professional legal qualification.
* Should have at least 5-8 years experience in the O&G or similar sector (past experience in blue chip organization or A-class law firm could be considered)
* Strong analytical oral and written English communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate sound business ethics
* Well-honed negotiation advocacy skills judgment strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent business judgment and ability to apply business solutions to legal problems
* Must be analytical and structured and must be able to influence change
* High level of integrity and proficiency with personal computers
