REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible management of judicial institutions, including experience as a court administrator or clerk for medium to large multi-court systems; and experience working on programs designed to improve court administration practices, including automation, enhancing judicial and court staff training, and strengthening the independence of the judiciary
Extensive experience in at least one of the following areas: court administration; court automation; case flow management; delay reduction; case processing and records management; facilities management; court financing and budgeting; public outreach; human resources management; developing statistical reporting systems; IT system management and training
Prior experience on USAID or other international donor-funded rule of lawprojects required.
Degree in law or public administration or related field
Fluency in French is greatly preferred
