RECRUITING JOB IN NIGERIA: SENIOR MANAGER,

DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES
 
LOCATION: LAGOS

REQUIRED SKILLS:
•A first degree in a Behavioral Science field, good knowledge of HR processes
•A Masters degree,  MBA preferably
•12 years HR generalist experience in a multinational business environment/ world class organization
•2-3 years experience within the recruitment function
•4  years of solid management experience
•Broad HR specialist experience (learning, performance, recruitment, Reward & OD)
