REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate calibre with 3-5 years relevant HR experience.
- CIPM/CIPD qualification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes.
- Proven Facility Management experience.
- Sound knowledge of Immigration laws and requirements as well as employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very good customer service skills.
- Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable.
- Good team leader.
- Proven ability to influence change at all levels.
- Familiar with HR systems.
- Proficient user of MS office software.
- Excellent organisational skills.
