REQUIREMENTS
  • A first degree in social or behavioral sciences (educational psychology, industrial psychology, sociology, organisation development)
  • Minimum of 8- 12years post qualification experience on a similar role
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Industrial Relations with experience in a highly unionized manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrable experience across the key processes in the HR value chain which include but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Exit Management, HR Metrics, HR Analytics, Succession Planning etc.
  • Good project management skills
  • Good organisation and planning skills

JOB VACANCY 2 :Head, Company Legal and Regulatory Affairs (Ref 002);

  1. Job Type;Full Time
  2. Job Level;Experienced Hire
  3. Min Qualification; Degree
  4. Experience ;8 - 10 years

  REQUIREMENTS
  • Must have a first degree in Law (LL.B.)
  • A master's degree (LL.M.) in commercial low is on added advantage
  • Minimum of 8-10 years post qualification experience which includes a combination of experience in a law firm and the manufacturing /financial services sectors
  • Prior experience in business investment transactions
  • Membership of relevant local and international associations
  • In-depth knowledge of international, local business and commercial law
  • Excellent leadership/supervisory and people management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and creative skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
  • Sound business acumen
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
