REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree/HND or above, with Estate, Marketing, Management and other related background.
• Ability to work proactively, take initiative, and possession of continued enthusiasm for work.
• Enterprising, ready to face challenges and persevere.
• Can adapt to high-pressure work environment.
• Good team player.

LOCATION: ABUJA NIGERIA 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Real estate market research and information collection to provide the basis for the development of marketing programs.
• Promote implementation of real estate projects, and carry out promotional activities.
• Receiving customers, visitors and prospective clients in the most appropriate way and with keen and shared excitement.
• Conducting customer surveys.
• Sign purchase, service, contract and other agreements and deal with after-sales service on behalf of the company.

Expected Start Date
Mid – November 2010
Salary

• The salary will include a basic salary, allowance plus bonus / commission.
• Very attractive salary above the general standard in the field will be paid.
• Allowance and bonus/commission will be given according to hard work and ability to meet marketing and sales targets.

Probation period will be for first two months of employment, of which only the basic salary will be payable. After the probation period, if found qualified, formal employment relation will be established.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engages in regular, day-to-day interface with retail shop owners, floor sales personnel,  show room attendants etc with the object of ensuring that our clients’ products are on display and adequately promoted.
• Provide sales generation strategies, counsels and guidance to retail shop owners, sales outlet and distributors of electronics and IT related products in selected cities and towns of your deployment.
• Provide showroom personnel with adequate product knowledge and efficient customer relations management practice.
• Establish a functional administrative system of regular reporting and proactive competitive intelligence system.
• Provide measurable expansion programme in state of deployment in terms of retail shop sales’ expansion, customers’ satisfaction and profitability

QUALIFICATION:

• University Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years pre or post NYSC experience in sales and marketing of electronics ( Television, Home Theatres, musical appliances, Refrigerators, Air-conditioners etc)  and IT ( Laptops, computers, printers, multi-media equipment etc) products.
• Good knowledge of market research, product survey  and product expansion strategies.
• Good and adequate knowledge of local market environment and of state or cities /  towns to which application is made.
• Applicants must be expressive, bold, friendly, willing to travel, knack for knowledge and must have good personality.
