REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of a University degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years experience in customer service management, in a shipping or logistics organization.
- Knowledge of port rules & regulations.
- Strong customer service ability.
- Very good in the use of Microsoft word & Excel.
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a problem solving attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding intellectual and interpersonal skills
- An excellent academic track record (to at least undergraduate degree level)
- Fluency in English, French or Portuguese
- 3-15 years of post-academic experience
