Job Recruitment for Secretaries,Administration Manager,etc

We are a leading conglomerate with diverse interest in manufacturing, trading, investment, real estate, shipping, agriculture, and general services. We are currently recruiting suitable qualified and experienced professionals to fill in the vacancies at our Head office in Lagos.

SECRETARIES (2)

REQUIREMENT
• The ideal candidates for this position should be between 25 and 35 years and possess HND/B.Sc in Secretarial Administration or other relevant qualification from a reputable institution with a least 120/50 w.p.m in Shorthand and Typewriting respectively.
• The candidates must be computer literate and highly proficient in internet operations. They must have at least 3 years working experience with management staff of reputable companies.
• The candidates must be neat, intelligent, tolerant, self-confident, personable, possess good communication skill with ability to work with minimum supervision and in a very busy office.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Taking down shorthand notes and transcribing same accurately within the shortest time possible.
• Drafting and preparing official letter.
• Keeping official diary and making necessary follow ups.
• Receiving and replying official e-mails.
• Answering phone calls and sending fax messages.
• Receiving and attending to official visitors courteously.
• Booking appointments.

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CHAIRMAN (1)

REQUIREMENT
• The ideal candidate must be a male, minimum of 40 years old and with HND/B.Sc Secretarial Administration or any relevant qualifications with at least 15 years working experience from reputable organizations.
• He must be full of initiatives, lots of patience but time conscious respectively.
• He must be proficient in speed writing, flawless typing production, self motivating, full of initiative, self confident, tolerant and possesses ability to withstand work pressure with good office management and administrative skills.
• The job may entail working beyond normal office hours as the case may be.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are part of the essential tools of the successful candidate.
• The candidate must also demonstrate high proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and internet operations.

• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Chairman.

GROUP ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (1)

REQUIREMENT
• The right candidate reports either to the Chairman through the Group Managing Director or to the Chairman directly as the case may be.
• The ideal candidate must be a male between 35 and 45 years old and with a degree in Personnel Management, Social Sciences or Humanity with at least 10 to 15 years working experience with reputable organizations.
• The right candidate must hold an MBA or other relevant higher degree with Membership of Chartered Institute of Management (CIPM) as added advantage.
• Only candidates with the right attitude to work, excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills and competent level of computer-literacy are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates also need to be very familiar with immigrations, VISA processing and Embassies' procedures. He must be full of initiatives, lots of patience but time conscious.
• He must be self confident and possesses ability to withstand work pressure with good office management and administrative skills.
• The job may entail working beyond normal office hours and traveling out of station as the case may be.

- He will be responsible for the following:
• The Group administrative activities.
• Making official trips in the company of the Chairman.
• Embassy and Immigration activities.
• Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Chairman.
