REQUIREMENTS:
• He must have a minimum of a good first degree preferably in Economics, otherwise in any of the Social Sciences or Humanities with at least 7years post qualification experience.
• He must be computer literate,and proven ability to communicate effectively with minimal error.
• He must have a striking personality with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
