DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION UNIT
GENERAL MANAGER
• A good first degree (B.Arch or M.Arch) in Architecture, membership of the professional body, and other related qualifications will be on added advantage.
• A minimum of 15 years experience and not less than 40 years of age and in practice.
• proficiency in the use of personal computer (AUTOCAD) etc.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
• A good first degree (B.Arch or M.Arch)in Architecture. Membership of the professional body and other related qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Good Autocad knowledge.
• A minimum of I 0 years experience and in practice.

JUNIOR ASSISTANT/SITE ARCHITECTS
• A good Bachelors' degree/HND in Architecture .
• Minimum 7 years and 5 years experience respectively.

CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING UNIT
GENERAL MANAGER
• A good Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Coren Certification, extra qualification will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 5 years working experience.

DEPUTY MANAGER (1)
• A good Bachelor degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, professional certification as well as other relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years experience.

DEPUTY MANAGER (II)
• A good Bachelors' degree/HND In Civil Engineering, Coren Certification, good knowledge of civil works and road Construction.

PROJECT ENGINEER
• A good Bachelors' degree/HND in Civil Engineering with 7 years experience.

ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING UNIT
GENERAL MANAGER
• A good Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, a post graduate degree and a professional certificate as well as other relevant skills are added advantages.
• A minimum of 15 years experience in related field, preferably in the construction industry.
• Must not be more than 40 years old.

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
• A good Bachelors degree in Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering, a post graduate degree and a professional certification as well as other relevant skills are added advantages.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in related field, preferably in the construction industry.
• Most not be more than 35 years old.

PROJECT ENGINEERS
• A good bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, a post graduate degree and professional certification as well as other relevant skills are added advantages.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in related field, preferably In the construction industry.

SITE ENGINEERS
• A good bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Engineering, and relevant skills are added advantages,
• Minimum of 5 yean experience in related field, preferably in the construction industry,

ESTATE MANAGEMENT UNIT
GENERAL MANAGER
• A good Bachelors degree in Estate Management, a post graduate degree and a professional certificate as well as other relevant skills are added advantages.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in related field.
• Must not be more than 40 years old.

LAND SURVEYORS
• A good Bachelors degree/HND in Land Surveying.
• Professional Certificates as well as other relevant skills are added advantages.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in related field, preferably in the construction Industry.

PLANNERS
• A good Bachelors degree in Urban and Regional Planning, a post graduate degree and professional certification as well as other relevant skills are added advantages.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in related field.

MARKETING EXECUTIVES
• A good Bachelors degree/HND in Estate Management.
• Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience in related field, preferably in real estate.

Quantity Surveyor
GENERAL MANAGER
• A good Bachelors degree in Quantify Surveying, a post graduate degree and a professional certification as well as ether relevant skills are added advantages.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in related field, preferably in the construction industry.
• Must not be more than 40 years old.

QUANTITY SURVEYORS
