BA/BA in Business, Finance or Economics. MBA a plus.

JOB IN NIGERIA 2: BANKING SOFTWARE SALES DIRECTOR
REQUIREMENT:
Requirements:
• 10-12 years min experience selling application and technology solutions to the Financial Services market. Given the nature of the African market experience selling core banking solutions is preferable, however risk management solutions will also be beneficial.
• 7 years minimum sales management experience, growing and developing high performance sales teams in remote locations
• Experience selling software solutions in the African continent. Pre established Relationships with CXO’s in at leading banks in the African market is essential for this role.
• Comfort in interacting with senior-level executives in IT, Risk, Finance at leading financial institutions
• Excellence in verbal and written communication
• A passionate approach to building foundational sales capacity for future growth
JOB IN NIGERIA 3: PROJECT MANAGER ERP
REQUIREMENTS:
University degree in relevant field
• +10 years experience in IT Consulting and + 8 years ERP Project Management experience
• Valid Industry acknowledged PM certification (e.g. PMI)
• ERP Solution Architecture experience would be a plus
• Proven successful delivery of fixed price projects greater 1 M€
• Proven team leading track record including large project teams Presales and proposal management experiences for several proposals
• Willingness and ability to travel and work onsite at customer location for upto 100% and during >6 month assignments.
• High affinity to current and future trends in the area of Enterprise Software
• Proven experience with modern delivery models (on premise, on demand)
• Proven project management experience in large scale off- and near shore delivery models
• Functional background of at least one major Oracle Application, proven knowledge overview of Oracle’s Applications portfolio
• Experience with Subcontractor Management including efficient subcontractor contract negotiations, cost control and delivery management
• High level of customer focus and sense of responsibility
• Ability to motivate and coach teams
